I love to read and was very excited when our SVP (senior vice president) offered up a copy of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Anyone else heard of it?

True, A baby is alot of work...but soooooooo worth it. It won't take long for you/Kristie to establish a routine...then about that time Abbie will decide she is going through a growth spurt and she will again change your routine by wanting to eat more...so much fun.
